ABOUT US
Deer Tree Hills is a mobile home/condo community, established in 1975 and incorporated in 1977. Located just off Highway 20 outside Capital Circle SW, the quiet park includes a playground. Monthly assessments are $155, covering water, sewer, trash, common areas, reserves, and association expenses.
Trash pickup is Mondays and Thursdays. Place bagged trash in cans by noon. Yard debris is collected around the 15th and 30th of each month or may be dropped off at the top of Spotted Deer. Tree removal is the resident’s responsibility.
The water/sewer system is privately owned. Please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper and human waste.
The Board of Governors meets on the second Tuesday monthly at 6:30 PM at 5293 Key Deer.
The annual meeting is held each September
New residents must complete an application and pay a fee before moving in.
